  • Managed brand integrity for the Experience Columbia SC brand as the sole in-house graphic designer, overseeing all aspects of design and art direction in collaboration with contracted vendors, including sub-brands: Experience Columbia SC Convention & Visitors Bureau, Experience Columbia SC Sports and Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

    Consistent branding over all divisions increased brand awareness in the Meetings and Conventions industry.

    In 2018, Columbia SC saw 14.8 million visitors, generating a $2.3 billion direct economic impact, and supporting 24,000 local jobs.

  • Ideated, designed and produced marketing and sales collateral as the solo in-house graphic designer, while collaborating with internal teams, agencies and contractors, including digital and print advertising, trade show booth design, environmental design and office signage, custom swag, mailers, van wraps, street banners, etc. to increase brand awareness, book leads for the sales team, and enhance the attendee experience to encourage meeting planners to rebook events.

  • Proposed and implemented a DAM system to organize assets, a Project Management System to better collaborate, and a LucidPress template platform for sales teams to customize pre-designed, on-brand Bid Books for client Request for Bids.
