Experience Columbia SC FY2019-20 Annual Report
While we were on track for a record year, COVID completely shut down the tourism, events, and hospitality industry in March 2020. We wanted to tell the story of how that effected our organization, how we're continuing to overcome those challenges, and the economic impact our non-profit organization has on our local community.
Typically the first few spreads would contain highlights from the entire organization, but with business at a standstill, I had to rethink the content for those pages. I created a content plan for each spread and met with the marketing team to get feedback. I then held a brainstorm with all of the department supervisors to learn their objectives for their individual spreads.
